Why only 3 destinations?
Our conviction: 50 interchangeable results = no choice. We'd rather take the time to select three suggestions that genuinely match your request, instead of drowning you in an endless list.
Do I create an account on Horizons?
No. Use is free and anonymous. You may optionally leave your email to receive a recap of your search via magic link — this creates no permanent account, and you can ask for deletion at any time.
Is my data sold to third parties?
No. We sell no data. Your search parameters are sent to booking partners strictly to fetch prices (without your email or IP). You can read the details in our privacy policy.
How do I book after choosing a destination?
By clicking "Book the flight" or "Book the hotel", you're redirected to the partner's site (Aviasales for flights, Booking for hotels). You finalise your booking there. Horizons never charges your payment.
Which partners am I redirected to in order to book?
Flights go through Aviasales. For hotels we currently redirect to Booking.com worldwide — the largest inventory, on every continent. We will gradually expand our partner network. Either way, you pay the same price as on the partner's site, with no markup from us.
What happens if no destination matches my budget?
We propose concrete adjustments: "increase the budget by €200", "broaden the climate preference", "shift the month", etc. The idea is to quickly show you which lever would unlock qualifying destinations.
Is the service available outside France and Belgium?
For now, Horizons targets French-speaking travellers departing from Europe (12 French, Belgian, Swiss, Luxembourg airports, plus Montreal). We plan to gradually broaden departure airports.
Can I book for more than 12 travellers?
For groups of more than 12, contact us directly at [email protected] : we'll point you to a partner specialised in group travel.
