These terms govern the use of voyageshorizons.com. By using the site, you accept them.
1. Object
These Terms of Use ("ToU") define the rules for using the site voyageshorizons.com (hereinafter "the site"), published by Milou Chabs ("Horizons").
2. Service description
Horizons is a personal travel agency. Based on the preferences you provide, the site recommends up to three destinations matching your request, with flight + hotel price estimates and a direct link to the partner site for booking.
Horizons is not a travel agency and does not sell any service directly. Bookings always happen on the partner site you choose (Booking.com, Aviasales). The partner's terms apply to your booking.
3. Access and use
Use of the site is free and open. No account creation is required to view recommendations. You may optionally save your search by providing your email — this does not create a permanent account.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, graphics, logo, code, layout) are the property of Horizons or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use without prior written authorisation is forbidden.
Trademarks and domain names cited on the site (Booking.com, Aviasales, etc.) are the property of their respective holders.
5. Horizons' liability
Horizons commits to providing the service with care and professionalism, as a best-efforts obligation , not a result-based one. Specifically:
- Displayed prices are estimates from our partners' databases, sometimes updated with a slight delay. The final price is confirmed on the partner site.
- Flight and hotel availability is subject to change.
- Horizons does not guarantee the absence of occasional errors in recommendations.
6. User's responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information and use the site for its intended purpose. Any abusive use (massive scraping, intrusion attempts, security bypassing) is forbidden and may result in immediate blocking.
7. Links to third-party partners
The site contains affiliate links to our partners' sites. These partners' terms of sale fully apply to any booking made with them. Horizons does not intervene in the contractual relationship between you and the booking partner.
8. Business model
Horizons is paid via affiliate commissions from our booking partners. This never changes the price paid by the traveller: you pay the partner the same rate as if you had gone directly to their site.
This transparency is a core commitment of Horizons.
9. Limitation of liability
Horizons cannot be held liable for:
- The quality, conformity or availability of services sold by partners
- Possible differences between the displayed estimate and the final booking price
- Temporary technical service interruptions
- Your use of the recommended information
10. Personal data
Processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute and absent amicable resolution, the Brussels courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Modifications
Horizons reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version is the one accessible on the site, dated at the bottom of the page. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new version.
